Hydropool Self-Cleaning
Exclusive to Hydropool this hot tub filters not only through the skimmer but it also has a built in floor vacuum. Dirt either floats or sinks, and with this system the dirt that sinks is automatically vacuumed off the floor. The filter on the self cleaning hot tub is on the pressure side of the pume, which means that the water filters more efficiently than suction-side filtration. Every drop of water is filtered in about 15 minutes, which is 3x faster than suction-side filtration through the skimmer. The shell is 3 stage acrylic and polymer. Double thermal shield insulating system allows the hot tub to recycle wasted energy off the pump and radiate it back into the vessel.
