Buying an Above Ground Pool

This is a very significant purchase and there are different models and options available. To ensure that you end up with the pool that is perfect for you, here is an outline of our process:

• We want to understand your needs as this will help us determine an exact solution for you. We offer variable rate, fixed rate or deferred payment options, with on-site approval.
  The process of deciding on which pool is right for you will include determining the size, filtration and options.
• We offer full installation of the pools we sell, and they are also available as a cash and carry item if you wish to look after the installation yourself. We will quote installation as a separate item, as every backyard and customer situation is different. A site visit may also be required.
• If we are installing the pool, a nominal deposit will be required and the appropriate paperwork will need to be filled out.
• We will schedule a contractor to come out and prepare the ground for installation. It is our goal to return within 1–2 days of the ground preparation and put up the pool and filtration system.
• Delivery is included in the installation price, and our technician will go over the function of the pool, filter and basic water chemistry. They will also take back a water sample of your source water to test to see what, if anything, is needed to ensure it is perfectly balanced for your new pool.
• We offer full training and support to help you keep your water balanced and sanitized.
• Balance of payment is due upon installation.
