Buying a Hot Tub

This is a very significant purchase and there are different series, models, options, colours and cabinets. To ensure that you end up with the hot tub that is perfect for you, here is an outline of our process:

• We want to understand your needs as this will help us determine an exact solution for you. We offer variable rate, fixed rate or deferred payment options with on-site approval.
• The process of deciding which option is right for you will include whether to take a hot tub from our floor stock or as a factory order.
• Whether the hot tub is purchased from our stock or as a factory order a nominal deposit will be required.
• Providing a proper base (ie. deck, concrete pad, or patio stones) is your responsibility. It is also your the responsibility to hire a qualified electrician to wire up your new hot tub. We would be happy to recommend contractors to help you with these items if you wish.
• If the hot tub is purchased from stock, we will set up delivery for within the next couple weeks or when ever you are ready. If the hot tub is a factory order, the lead time can be anywhere from 3–5 weeks. We will contact you when the hot tub arrives and schedule a convenient time for delivery.
• Delivery is included in the purchase price, and our technician will go over the function of the hot tub and basic water chemistry at the time of delivery. They will also take back a water sample of your source water to test to see what, if anything, is needed to ensure it is perfectly balanced for your new hot tub.
• We offer full training and support to help you keep your water balanced and sanitized.
• Balance of payment is due upon delivery.
